Just had a stretch of 5 back-to-back clients this week and every single one actually listened to my home care advice for once
After 3 years in this shop near Denver, I finally had a Thursday where nobody argued with me about why they need SPF in winter and one even texted me a thank you photo of her new routine, anyone else get those rare days that remind you why you do this?

Had a Tuesday last month where 4 out of 4 clients actually thanked me for the routine I suggested.

Wow, "a thank you photo of her new routine"... that's next level. I'd frame that screenshot if it were me, no joke. @theathomas got a four-for-four Tuesday which is insane but a photo proof is a whole other ballgame. I bet you still had that smile on your face the next morning.
