Found a simple shortcut for organizing my email subscriptions
Last month I was drowning in promotional emails like daily deals and newsletters I didn't even remember signing up for. Spent about 45 minutes one Sunday just hitting unsubscribe on like 20 different mailing lists one by one. Then my buddy who works in IT showed me this trick where you can search your inbox for 'unsubscribe' and bulk manage all those lists at once. I never realized that word is pretty much in every marketing email footer, so searching it brings up everything. Did it in maybe 10 minutes total and cut my daily inbox clutter by half. Anyone else got a quick filter or search trick that saved them time?

Oh man, just a heads up though - some of those 'unsubscribe' emails might actually be phishing attempts if you bought a list or something. I'd double check the sender before clicking anything, just in case.

Whoa yeah that's actually a solid point. Honestly I fell for one of those phishing unsubscribe links last year and it was a mess. I clicked it thinking I was unsubscribing from some random store newsletter and boom, next thing I know my email was getting slammed with spam from all sorts of weird sites. Tbh it took me like two weeks and a whole new email filter setup to clean that up. Ngl I still get weird stuff sometimes even now. So yeah, definitely don't trust those links if the email looks even slightly off.
