Just realized my inbox hit zero for the first time in 2 years

I used the 'unsubscribe' trick on every marketing email from the past 6 months, took about 20 minutes. Now I actually see the important stuff from my boss and clients without scrolling through 50 sales pitches. Anyone else find a faster way to clean up their inbox?

Filters in gmail totally saved me time with that.

Nah I gotta be honest, that sounds like a nightmare to me lol. Marketing emails are how I find half my deals and freebies, I'd be lost without them. Plus the unsubscribing can backfire if you accidentally remove something you actually need later. Managing the inbox is annoying but at least you got it done in 20 minutes, that's not bad really.
