Warning: Hit 50 pounds of flour used this month baking bread
I started tracking my sourdough bakes in January just for fun, never thought I'd hit 50 pounds of flour by March. Seeing that number on the scale made me realize how much bread I actually go through with the kids and neighbors stopping by. Has anyone else accidentally hit a baking milestone that caught them off guard?

I read somewhere that the average home baker goes through about 20 pounds of flour a year, so you're basically on a whole different level there. That's wild hitting 50 pounds by March, especially with kids and neighbors involved. I bet your sourdough starter is a beast by now, probably bubbling like crazy. What recipe are people asking for the most?

Wow that's amazing (and a little terrifying honestly)! @blair_gibson78 is right, you're on another level - I can barely keep my sourdough starter alive past a week, so mad respect for feeding that beast.
