Wait wait wait, EIGHT months?? I literally had to read that twice because I thought you were exaggerating. Eight months and she finally stood square? That mare must be something else, like she has a personal vendetta against being comfortable or something. I've had some stubborn horses in my time but that is a whole new level of patience. You must have the patience of a saint because I would have lost my mind around month four and started questioning every life choice that led me to that point. For real though, that is seriously impressive dedication on your part.

Nah, eight months is just part of the job sometimes. Some horses take longer.
