Am I the only one who sews in little loops for fidgeting?

I kept catching myself pulling at my sleeves when I was stressed, so I started adding tiny fabric loops inside my garment cuffs. They're out of sight but easy to find with your fingers. I use leftover silk or ribbed knit for a nice feel. It's a silly detail, but it actually helps me focus during long design sessions. I've put them on sample jackets and even some dress hems. Friends who tried my pieces say they like having something to play with without ruining the look. You can adjust the size so they don't get in the way. It's a cheap fix that adds a quiet bit of comfort to any outfit.

ribbed elastic inside pockets works too.

My cousin tried that ribbed elastic trick in his coat pockets last year. @granta12, I see where you're coming from, but is it really that big of a deal? People are acting like adding wire or elastic is some major fix for cold hands lmao. It's just a pocket lining, not rocket science. If you need that much help, maybe just keep your hands in your pants pockets instead.

Ever try thin insulated wire instead of fabric? I've done that inside jacket seams and the texture really helps.
