Hit 100 gallons of homemade hot sauce today without even realizing it

I started fermenting peppers a few years back just to use up some habaneros from my garden. I keep track in a notebook and when I added up my batch totals this morning I was stunned. A hundred gallons is a lot of mash, about 400 bottles I gave away or sold at a local market. Has anyone else hit a number that snuck up on them like this?

Wait, FOUR HUNDRED BOTTLES from ONE HUNDRED gallons? That math doesn't even sound right in my head. Your garden must have been EXPLODING with peppers every season to keep that going.
