My neighbor in Omaha showed me his budgeting spreadsheet from 1999

He had every single expense logged by hand, down to a $0.50 parking meter. Said he still uses that same system today because it forced him to think about every dollar. Anyone else still doing paper tracking or is that just crazy old guy stuff?
