Man, I don't know, three seconds of a pause and suddenly it's a whole thing. I've seen people freeze up for way longer than that in a meeting and nobody calls it a red flag. If he was talking fine before and after, who cares about a tiny gap. Feels like people are just looking for something to nitpick because they're bored.
