Shoutout to the guy who showed me how underlayment can change the feel of a room overnight
Last Tuesday I swapped out that old foam underlayment for a proper cork one in a customer's basement and the difference in sound and warmth was so big they called me back the next day to ask what I did.

Cork really is the hero nobody talks about until they step on it. Makes me wonder what kind of cult following you're starting one customer at a time.
