Cleaned out my truck's grease trap for the 1000th time this morning and it hit me how much this job has changed.

Oh man, tell me about it. I used to just scrape the thing out with a putty knife into a bucket. Now I've got this whole setup with a pump and a heated tank to keep the grease thin enough to flow. Feels like a science project every Tuesday morning.
