Overheard a customer tell his buddy that food truck tacos are 'just a ripoff of Taco Bell'

I was standing at my cart during a busy lunch rush downtown last Tuesday, and this guy actually said food truck tacos are just a fancier version of Taco Bell. I about dropped my spatula - has anyone else dealt with this kind of ignorance about what we do?

Honestly what got me was finding a spot that made their consommé from scratch. Took me years of mediocre tacos before I stumbled on this little food truck run by an abuela who basically forced me to dip before eating. Game changer. Now I can't even look at a regular hard shell taco the same way. That rich broth just changes everything about the experience.
