I always thought the original Game Boy was a brick, but a video on the Retro Tech Archive channel showed it actually sold over 118 million units worldwide.

That number is way bigger than I ever guessed, so has anyone else had their mind changed by a surprising fact about an old gadget?

Man, I was one of those people. I saw that click wheel and thought "who needs this?" I was still clinging to my CD binder like a security blanket. Convinced it was just a weird, overpriced gadget for tech snobs. Yeah, that aged like milk.
