My old boss gave me a Palm Pilot in 2002 and it changed my work forever
I was a junior project manager in Chicago, drowning in paper notes. He handed me his old Palm IIIxe and said, 'This will save you ten hours a week if you let it.' I thought he was nuts. But I synced it with my desktop, used the stylus for everything, and he was right. The Graffiti handwriting system felt like magic. Does anyone else still have a working PDA tucked away, or did you move on completely?

Actually, @blair630, Graffiti was the second system, the first one was called PalmPrint.

That Graffiti handwriting system really was something special. I got so fast at it I could take full meeting notes without looking down. It felt like we were living in the future, but with a stylus instead of a keyboard. What was the one app you couldn't live without on that thing?

Used to think it was just a toy. Then I got a Palm Pilot for work and that datebook app saved my life. Couldn't leave the house without it.
