Had a core box full of sand collapse right as the boss walked by on Tuesday
The whole mold for a 200-pound gear blank just slumped over, and he just stared at it for a full ten seconds before asking if we were building a sandcastle instead.

That castle looks taller than my garage. You must have been digging for hours to get that much wet sand.

Found that the trick is to just own it... once the sand went I told my boss hey at least it's not a real sandcastle like @baker.mary would build. He laughed and told me to just start a new core while he grabbed coffee.
