Am I the only freelancer torn on going fully digital to cut waste?
In my experience, moving to digital tools like e-invoices has really slashed my paper waste, which helps my guilt about the environment. But, your mileage may vary because some clients still insist on printed contracts, saying they're more official. On one side, it saves me money on supplies and can attract eco-aware clients who prefer green businesses. On the other side, tech issues like a bad internet connection once left me unable to send files, messing up a project timeline. Take this with a grain of salt, but I'm stuck between being planet-friendly and keeping my work reliable. Should we freelancers always push for digital, or is keeping some paper around smarter for survival? What's your view?

Go mostly digital but keep a cheap printer for the stubborn clients... learned that after a dead laptop almost lost me a contract.

Pushed for all-digital myself, but your story makes me rethink that. Who needs a printer until your laptop dies at the worst time? Keeping a cheap one around just makes sense now.
