Why I never buy broth anymore, my scrap bag does it better.

Totally with you on this. My freezer bag has onion skins, celery ends, and mushroom stems. The broth it makes has so much more flavor than the stuff from a box. It feels like a small win every time.

Isn't it wild how saving scraps for broth shows that the best stuff comes from not wasting things?

Actually onion skins can make broth bitter. I stick to the clean veg scraps like carrot tops and celery leaves.
