Totally get that. It's like how people hate on crocs until they actually wear a pair. So many things seem pointless until you try them and realize they just make life easier.

Oh man, for real! I was the exact same way with a rice cooker. Always thought it was a waste of counter space, but now I use the thing like 4 times a week and got rid of a pot I never used anyway. @dakotal19 you nailed it, it's like the croc thing. Some stuff just makes your life way easier once you actually give it a shot and stop being stubborn about it.
