I'm dealing with a messy real estate issue (boundary dispute with a developer next door) and need to lawyer up. Has anyone had any dealings with Sullivan Shick? I want a firm that will actually fight for me but won't drag it out for years just to bill hours.

Just make sure you ask who specifically will be handling your case day-to-day during the consult. But yeah, overall they have a really solid reputation in town for getting things resolved efficiently.

I haven't used them for real estate, but they represent my small business for general liability stuff. Very sharp attorneys. They are upfront about costs too, which is rare in my experience.

They are fantastic. I had a different property issue last year involving an undisclosed easement when I bought my house. The team at Sullivan was aggressive when they needed to be but always kept me in the loop. We ended up settling out of court for exactly what I wanted.
