Wasn't there a story about a lighthouse in England that finally fell into the sea after like, centuries of people saying it was about to go? It really shows how our idea of "soon" is nothing compared to geological time.

Ugh that reminds me of waiting at the mechanic last week. Three hours just staring at a faded poster for tires. I swear I read the same article in a fishing magazine from 2014 like four times.
