PSA: My $400 investment in a proper annealing oven finally stopped my pieces cracking overnight.

I was losing about one in three pieces to thermal stress until I bit the bullet and got the Paragon F-130 last month, and now I haven't had a single crack in two weeks of work.

Switched to slow cooling, fixed my cracking too.

Interesting. I've had the opposite happen. Fast cooling works better for my setup, less warping.

My buddy tried fast cooling on his first build and ended up with a warped frame so bad he could never get the glass panels to line up. He took a dremel to it and everything. Meanwhile I've been doing the slow ramp down method with a fan timer setup and my prints have been coming out butter smooth lately. Printer and material make such a huge difference.
