Weird thing with my sketchbook last night, like it flipped a page on its own

I was drawing a comic panel and put my pencil down for a sec. When I looked back, the page was blank like I never drew on it. I mean, I know I didn't erase it, and my cat was asleep. Idk, maybe it's just me but that feels like a full glitch. Has anyone seen something like that before?

Could your sketchbook have a weak spine that lets pages flip back easily? Mine used to do that all the time until I started putting a clip on the cover. Now it stays open to the right page without any ghost help.

Honestly, that's just your art ghost telling you the composition was weak. Mine usually just smudges the charcoal when it's unhappy. A full page reset is next-level critique.

Grab another sketchbook and test it on the same spot on your desk. Sometimes a tiny uneven surface or a loose binding can make a page catch and flip back when you put something down, like how a wobbly table makes your coffee shake. Your art didn't glitch out of reality, it probably just got erased by a hidden fold or seam in the paper you didn't notice. It's the universe's way of saying your first draft needed work, not that you're losing your mind.
