Last week, the machine started pouring straight hot water instead of coffee during the morning rush. I grabbed a spare filter basket from housekeeping and swapped it in 2 minutes flat. What's your go-to quick fix for a broken brew station?

Grabbing a spare filter basket is smart. Did you check if the old one was just clogged with old grounds, or was it actually broken? That's usually the first thing I look at when the water won't flow right.
