Heads up about the guest lounge at the Phoenix airport, Terminal 4

I was there yesterday and the whole place was packed, with people sitting on the floor because every single seat was taken, so has anyone found a better spot to wait in that terminal?

People were sitting on the floor? That's a complete mess for a paid lounge. The whole point is to avoid that terminal chaos. Honestly, you might have better luck just finding a quiet gate farther down the concourse. At least then you can claim a whole row of seats. The lounge situation there has really gone downhill.

Wait, so it's free with Priority Pass and people are still complaining? lol. That's hilarious because you can literally walk into most of those lounges with a basic credit card that charges you zero annual fee. I've been in that specific lounge during a 4 hour delay and yeah it was packed but I still got a free beer and a seat by the window. The floor sitters probably showed up at peak time and expected a private suite or something. If you want total silence and endless space, pay for the business class ticket or hang out at the gate like wadefoster said. Free lounge access still beats standing in the terminal checking flight status on your phone with no place to plug in.
