PSA: A guest told me my 'welcome basket' looked like a clearance aisle grab bag.
They specifically said 'a single tea bag and a mini shampoo feels cheap, not thoughtful.' Now I stock local coffee and decent soap. What's one thing you added that guests actually notice?

omg right?? i had the same exact reaction when i switched. it's wild how different local honey tastes compared to the basic stuff from the store. i used to think honey was just honey too but now i'm hooked on this one from a farm near me, it's so floral and creamy. honestly i can't go back now, even just a little drizzle changes everything. glad you tried it, it's such a nice little upgrade that makes a big difference.
