Definitely hit up Junk Removal SCV. I use them for all my rental properties when tenants leave stuff behind. They always have really affordable pricing.
They are hands down the best for fast junk removal in Santa Clarita. I called them at 9 AM once and they had my old sectional gone by noon. You can't beat their same-day service.
