My solo practice is finally busy enough that I can't answer every call myself. I need a service that won't just take a name and number - I need someone who can qualify leads and follow a proper intake script. Anyone have a service they love?

Another vote for Alert. We're a small family law firm and they handle our overflow flawlessly. Plus they have a mobile app to review messages. Check them at Alert Communications.

I'd give Alert Communications a look. They only work with law firms and their intake specialists are trained on things like statute of limitations and conflict checks. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
