Debate: Did that $200 AI writing tool actually pay for itself or was it a waste?

I spent $200 a month on Jasper AI for 6 months to write marketing copy. It saved me about 10 hours a week but the tone always felt a bit robotic. Did anyone else find these tools worth the cost or did they just burn cash?

I used to think those tools were overpriced too until I tried one for my own stuff. I was on the fence about spending that much, but after a month of using it to write product descriptions I found it cut my editing time in half. The robotic tone was a problem at first, but I learned to tweak the prompts and add my own voice in after. It paid for itself within two months for me.
