Heard a guy at Micro Center in Dallas say his AI agent books his flights now, and that worried me
I was standing in the checkout line at Micro Center in Dallas last Saturday and two guys next to me were talking about how one of them lets an AI agent handle his email, calendar, and flight bookings all on its own. He said it has been running for about 4 months and he barely checks it anymore. That got me thinking about how fast we hand over the keys, because most of these agent tools want full access to your inbox and accounts to work at all. I build warehouse schedules for a living and even I would not let a bot touch our ordering system without a person checking it. If an agent misreads one email, it could book the wrong flight or reply to the wrong client and nobody would even know for days. Is anyone here running one of these agents full time, and if so how do you keep an eye on what it does when you are not looking?
