I finally got AI to write my job descriptions instead of me

I used to spend 3 hours every time I needed to hire a tech, writing the same basic job post over and over. Last month I fed my last 5 job ads into an AI tool and asked it to find the common bits and make a template. It spit out a draft in 2 minutes, and I just edited the details for each new hire. Has anyone else used AI to speed up hiring paperwork, or do you still do it the old way?

The part about feeding your old ads in and getting a template out in 2 minutes hit home hard. I did the exact same thing with my service contracts and email blasts last quarter. I copy pasted about 6 months of repeat jobs into an AI tool and asked it to pull out the standard clauses and pricing lines. Now I just fill in the blanks for each new client, takes me maybe 15 minutes instead of the whole afternoon. Honestly the biggest win is I stopped forgetting to include the payment terms every single time.
