Just saw an AI scheduling assistant completely botch a client meeting in Chicago
It double-booked a critical site walkthrough for 9 AM and 11 AM at the same address. I had to call both parties and manually sort it out over the phone. Has anyone else had a 'smart' tool create more work like this?

Honestly I see this totally different. That double booking sounds like a simple setup error a human could have made too. These tools need clear rules to work right, and they save so much time once you train them properly. My week would be chaos without my scheduler handling the basic stuff. The real problem is expecting it to run perfectly without any oversight from the start.

Totally agree with you @wendy_garcia16, you gotta check the first few bookings yourself to catch those rule gaps.
