Question about that week my AI model kept hallucinating customer names
Last Tuesday I ran a chatbot test for a retail client and it started making up fake orders with names like 'John Smith' and 'Jane Doe' that weren't in the database. Has anyone else dealt with a model that just goes rogue on specific data fields like that?
