Rant: Paid $200 for an AI video generator that can't even keep faces consistent

I saw this startup hyping their new AI video tool for weeks, so I dropped $200 on the pro plan last month. First video I tried, the person's face morphed into a different person between every single frame. I spent like 5 hours tweaking prompts and settings, but it still looked like a glitchy nightmare. Customer support just sent me generic links to their docs that didn't help. Has anyone actually found an AI video tool that keeps faces looking the same for more than 2 seconds?

My buddy dropped $150 on one of those tools last month for his small business. He was trying to make promo videos for his t-shirt shop and the first clip had a guy's face change into a completely different person three times in ten seconds. He said one frame the guy had a beard, the next frame he was clean shaven, then suddenly he had glasses on. He ended up just making static slideshows with his phone instead.

$150 for a video that makes people morph into different guys like a bad horror movie. That hurts. I feel for your buddy, that's a rough way to learn a lesson. Honestly, that kind of glitchy mess would have me cussing out my laptop for an hour. He's better off with the phone slideshow, at least that actually works and doesn't make his t-shirts look like they come with a free shape-shifting demon.
