Saw a robot making coffee at a shop in Seattle and it made me think

I was at a cafe in Seattle last week that had a robotic arm making all the drinks, using a system called 'Artly' to pull espresso shots. Some people think this is a cool step forward for service jobs, making things faster and always the same. Others worry it takes away the skill and personal touch a real barista brings. What do you think, is this kind of automation in small businesses a good innovation or does it go too far?

Can't find staff" is a weak excuse, but that robot coffee was weirdly good.

Watched one of those systems at a trade show last year. Honestly, it's a solid fix for places that can't find or keep staff, but you lose the whole vibe of a local shop. The real question is whether customers will pay the same price for a drink made by a machine.
