The AI scheduling app I laughed at saved my crew from a 3 hour drive

Last month my foreman double-booked two crews across town in Austin, and I was ready to go back to paper. I tried this AI dispatching tool just to prove it was hype, but it rerouted everyone in under a minute and flagged the conflict before my morning coffee. Anyone else find these automation tools only work when you stop second guessing them?
