Why does nobody talk about hitting 30,000 AI generated lines in my own house remodel plans
I started playing with an AI model back in February just to help me lay out a garage addition on a house in Reno. Figured it would save me an hour or two. Last night I checked the folder and there were 30,000 lines of generated drawings, notes, and material lists sitting in there. That number stopped me cold because my first full set of plans by hand in 2003 was maybe 40 pages and it took me six weeks. The model cranks out a version in about 20 minutes, and most of it is actually usable, not junk. I still redraw the framing by feel, but the boring stuff is just done. What I cant figure out is if this is saving me time or if I am just making way more revisions than I ever used to.
