I was typing a reply on my phone while my toddler was climbing on me, hit post without the spoiler tags, and spent the next hour frantically apologizing and editing while my inbox blew up with 47 angry messages.

Oh man, that's the worst kind of accident. The combo of a toddler and a phone is basically a spoiler bomb waiting to go off. I mean, 47 angry messages is a special kind of forum nightmare, you just had to sit there and take it.

Actually, I have to disagree with you there, Murray. The real nightmare is leaving a phone where a toddler can grab it. Kids get into everything, it's what they do. Those 47 angry messages are just the natural result of a simple mistake. Calling it a spoiler bomb makes it sound like an act of war, not a kid hitting buttons. You just apologize clearly and move on.
