Totally flipped on how to run an anime book club chat
I used to let our group talk about any episode freely (you know, no rules on what part we were up to). But after a few new members quit because they got spoiled on major reveals, I set a strict 'no ahead talk' rule. Now we all stay on the same episode, and the conversations are way better because everyone has the same info. It's a small change, but it made our weekly chats something people really look forward to.
