Can we talk about the moment I realized I was watching bad movies wrong?
I used to always watch bad movies alone, trying to get through them fast. Last weekend, I put on "The Room" with three friends who had never seen it and we were all cracking up at the awful line deliveries. About 20 minutes in, I noticed we were pausing just to laugh and rewind our favorite bad parts. That's when it hit me: I had been treating these movies like homework instead of comedy gold. Anyone else have that switch flip where you stopped watching bad movies seriously and started treating them like a group joke?

Makes me think of how we turn all kinds of frustrating things into jokes once we share them.

Yeah exactly, misery loves company so we might as well laugh at it together.
