TIL watching bad movies with friends beats roasting them solo

Honestly, I used to watch terrible movies alone and just yell at the screen, it felt like a waste of time. Then my buddy Dave in Austin made me sit through 'Sharknado 5' with his whole group, and the shared groaning and fake theories made it hilarious. Has anyone else found that bad movies only click when you have at least 3 other people to riff with?
