A customer said my neck strips were useless, so I switched to 2 inch rolls and it fixed my lineup
Been cutting at a shop in Tampa for 8 years and always used those thin 1 inch neck strips everyone buys in bulk. Last month a regular looked at me and said 'those little strips don't do anything, they slip before you even finish the fade.' I started buying the 2 inch wide rolls instead, about $9 for 100, and the difference is night and day. They actually stay put on the collar and catch way more hair, so I'm not brushing off shoulders for 5 minutes after every cut. Anyone else switch up their strip size or have a better trick for keeping hair off the cape?
