Appreciation post: the $8 clip guard that changed how I do fades on kids

Everyone says you need the $120 cordless clipper set to do clean fades, but I picked up an $8 clip guard combo at a supply shop in Toledo and my kid fades got faster and cleaner in one week. My little clients sit still now because I'm not fighting the blade angle anymore. Anyone else find cheap attachments that outperform the fancy gear?
