Can we talk about how I stopped offering hot towel shaves and my chair turnover went up?
Dropped hot towel shaves from my menu 6 weeks ago at my shop in Tulsa after my 4pm guy said he just wanted to get in and out, and my average cut time went from 45 to 30 minutes without a single regular complaining, so now I'm wondering if any of you have cut a service and had it backfire instead.
