Customer told me she drives 40 minutes past 3 shops to sit in my chair

She said the other guys rush her out in 15 minutes and never ask what she actually wants. That one comment hit me harder than any review I've ever gotten, because I've been thinking about adding a 4th chair to make more money. Now I'm wondering if faster is really what this shop should be chasing. Any of you ever turn down extra chairs on purpose?
