Lost $340 on a cheap clipper repair kit, don't make my mistake

Bought one of those all-in-one clipper repair kits off Amazon for $38 last month, figured it would cover anything. The tension spring snapped on my Wahl Magic Clip during a Saturday rush in Tulsa, and the kit's spring was too flimsy to hold torque. Had to refund the client and shell out $300 for a new clipper that afternoon. Anyone else get burned by those generic parts kits, or is there a brand that actually fits right?

The $340 lesson hits different, I used to swear those generic kits were fine for the price. Then I had a blade screw strip out on a cheap part and watched a whole morning of cuts go sideways. Now I just order direct from the brand or pay the extra at the barber supply shop, it's worth the peace of mind.
