Rant: The barber board's renewal process is stuck in the stone age

I mailed my paperwork weeks ago and still haven't heard back. It's 2023 and we're dealing with PAPER forms and snail mail, come on.

Wait, isn't it 2024 now? Your post says 2023. But yeah, totally agree, the paper thing is crazy. They need to get with the times.

So many systems are just frozen in time like that.

Yeah, the "frozen in time" thing is everywhere. I see it with my doctor's office still using a fax machine.
