Shoutout to the barber who saved my clippers after I almost fried them

So last Tuesday my Andis Masters started smelling like burnt hair mid fade and I panicked and almost tossed them in the trash. My old boss Ray at the shop on 9th told me to pop the blade off and check the arm, turns out a wad of hair had wrapped around it and was grinding everything down. Took me 45 minutes with a toothbrush and some oil to fix what I thought was a dead pair of clippers, way longer than the 5 minutes I expected. Anyone else almost trash a tool over something dumb like that?
