Yeah, it really is the little things. My buddy who cuts hair in his garage got one of those warmers for his neck towels. He said this one regular, a total tough guy, actually sighed when he put it on. Started booking every other week instead of just when he needed a cut.

Feel that, man. I bought one for my home barber setup last year and people actually notice the little things. It's wild how a small comfort can change the whole vibe of a service.
