He told me that back in 2018 when I was fussing over my thermometer every 20 degrees, and once I stopped chasing numbers and started going by the bend and the pull, I placed 4th out of 62 teams, so I'm curious if anyone else here was taught the same way or if you all still swear by temping everything.
