That $60 wireless meat probe was a game changer for overnight cooks
I got tired of getting up every 2 hours to check temps during my 12 hour brisket shifts. Grabbed a cheap wireless probe set for $60 off Amazon and it saved me so much sleep. First time I used it I slept 5 hours straight and woke up to perfect bark and a 203 internal temp. The app alerted me when it stalled at 160 so I could wrap it without losing any heat. Anyone else running wireless probes or are you still loyal to the wired ThermoWorks style?
